Referral Network is a subsidiary of Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate and was designed for real estate licensees who want to earn referral fees, but do not want to participate actively in the listing or sale of real estate.  Once you are a member, all you have to do is provide contact information on a prospective customer and we will develop the lead with a trained agent.  After the successful closing of the transaction, a fee will be sent to you for your referred lead.

To become a member of Referral Network, you must hold a current real estate license.  Please log on to our Referral Network website to join us today.  It is easy!  Log on to flreferralnetwork.com.  Press the tab that says “Join now.”  You will be asked to complete a simple, one-page application.  That is it!  After you are activated, you are ready to send referrals.

This is the way it works:

Once a licensee becomes a member of Referral Network, they will either e-mail or phone in their referred business to the Referral Network.  Referral forms will provide easy access after you become a member.
